First a number of raw unprocessed images where corrected for guiding errors (aligned) and then coadded (stacked).
Then the resulting stacked image was processed: resolution improvements resulted from a technique involving deconvolution and contrast enhancement.
The U-band images where strongly contrast enhanced to bring out subtle details.
All raw images in a series where used, no effort was made to select the best raw images prior to aligning, stacking and processing.
No use of flats or darks, no use of specific PSF. All processing was performed with AstroStack 3.
